Why is it so cheap?
It's not cheap, it's priced honestly. Loyalty software costs little to run; competitors charge by orders because they can, not because it costs them more. We'd rather have thousands of happy stores than squeeze hundreds.
What's the catch with "unlimited"?
None. Flat $15/month whether you do 100 or 100,000 orders.
Do my customers need an account?
They earn points automatically with their normal Shopify customer profile. No extra signup.
What happens to points if I refund an order?
Points are removed automatically: fully for full refunds, proportionally for partial ones.
Can I leave?
Anytime. Export everything to CSV first. Your data is yours.
